We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Chefs to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in diverse cuisines, excellent leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dishes.
This role involves supervising kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

• Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies
• Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
• Discuss food preparation concerns with Managers, Dietitians, kitchen staff, and waiting staff
• Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise on food preparation procedures
• Prepare and cook food to high standards
• Explain and enforce hygiene and safety regulations
• Select, recruit, and train kitchen staff (as needed)
• Freeze and preserve foods following proper standards

• Proven experience as a Chef
• Strong record of effective kitchen management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to delegate and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of current culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
• Familiarity with computer programs (MS Office, POS systems, restaurant software)
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management (preferred)
