ATTAL GROUP S.p.A., an Agency for Labor among the main Italian realities specialized in personnel research, selection, and training, as well as human resource management, is seeking a profile of: - Head Chef The selected resource will manage the kitchen department independently, ensuring high-quality standards, organization, and attention to costs, respecting directives. Main responsibilities: • Operational and managerial coordination of F&B points at the resort (Fine Dining à la carte restaurant, buffet, pool bar); • Organization of breakfast buffets; • Creation of menus in accordance with management, respecting budget, seasonality, and local Pugliese products; • Management of food costs, quality control, waste reduction, and inventory management; • Planning of kitchen activities and workload management; • Supervision, motivation, and development of the kitchen team; • Participation in personnel selection and training for the kitchen department together with management; • Monitoring of sanitary procedures and application of the HACCP system. Required qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef; • Excellent knowledge of traditional Mediterranean cuisine; • Competence in managing à la carte services, buffets, and multi-format events; • Solid experience in food cost management and inventory control; • Operational and managerial leadership; • Up-to-date HACCP certification (Responsible); • Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level); • Predisposition to teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication. • Preferable: experience in resorts or high-level structures, not mandatory. General conditions of the role: • Season: April/October. • Contract: seasonal fixed-term contract with possibility of extension. • Schedule: full-time 40 hours weekly, on shifts. • Work expected on weekends and public holidays. • Second language welcome for roles in contact with guests.
