Overview Job Title: Temporary Chef – Healthcare Facilities Location: Oxford Contract Type: Temporary (Flexible shifts) Reports to: Catering Manager / Service Lead About the Role: You’ll be stepping into healthcare kitchens where your culinary skills have a direct impact on patient wellbeing and recovery. As a Temporary Chef, you’ll deliver high-quality meals while respecting clinical dietary requirements and infection control policies—ensuring patients, staff, and visitors are well-nourished and satisfied. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and refreshments. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, and contributing to a positive and respectful team environment. This is a temporary position, with flexible shifts, and you will be reporting to the Catering Manager / Service Lead. If you are a motivated and experienced chef, with a passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
