Based in Memories of India, we specialise in offering high-quality, authentic cuisine in a vibrant and customer-focused environment. As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to: • Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service. • Develop and maintain high-quality menu offerings that meet customer expectations and drive business growth. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe working environment. • Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, and labour costs to ensure budgetary compliance. • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations, reduce waste, and increase customer satisfaction. • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication. • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience. • Participate in special events, functions, and promotions as required. • Perform other duties as required.
