The Le Cordon Bleu is a world-leading culinary school, which is part of history and has a rich heritage accumulated over more than 120 years. Today, it is present in around 20 countries, with more than 30 international schools and has Ânima Educação as one of its strategic partners. Through the link between both, in May 2018, the first school of the network was inaugurated in São Paulo: the Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo Culinary Institute. The programs and courses, which follow the same standards and quality as those offered by the international schools, are designed to provide students with a comprehensive culinary education that combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills. The training is focused on developing the student's creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership abilities, in addition to their technical skills. The school offers various programs and courses, including diplomas, certificates, and continuing education programs, which cater to different levels of experience and interests. The Le Cordon Bleu São Paulo Culinary Institute has a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility, and its mission is to contribute to the development of the culinary industry in Brazil and around the world. We are looking for a Chef Instructor who will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our culinary programs, as well as developing and implementing new curriculum and training materials. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in an educational setting. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong passion for teaching and mentoring.
