Job Description Objective: Prepare and elaborate dishes, ensuring presentation guidelines and food safety established by the brand. Maintain the kitchen in perfect conditions, both physically and equipment-wise, to meet customer needs and offer them a unique and unforgettable experience, aligned with Accor's Service Culture. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Prepare dishes, buffets, trays, and confectionery (sweets, cakes, etc.). Set up and supervise food preparation areas, ensuring proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment. Ensure compliance with established procedures for food safety and quality control. Develop and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and respect among colleagues. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge related to the role. Perform other duties as assigned.
