Operating under the guidance of our Executive Chef, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes that showcase Vivace’s commitment to quality and consistency. Key responsibilities include: • Preparing and cooking menu items to high standards, ensuring presentation is impeccable; • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines; • Collaborating with the Executive Chef and other team members to develop new recipes and menus; • Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and attentive tableside service. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment; • Strong understanding of modern Italian cuisine, including traditional techniques and ingredients; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
