Located in Terrigal, we are renowned for our authentic Chinese cuisine, offering a wide selection of traditional dishes such as Peking Duck, Mongolian Beef, Sweet & Sour Pork, handmade dumplings, bao buns, seafood specialties, soups, and a variety of rice and noodle dishes. Our restaurant is primarily dine-in, providing customers with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and also offers take-away and delivery services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, including traditional Chinese cuisine, as well as assisting with menu planning, ordering and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
