We are currently recruiting for the following position: Team Leader in Civil Engineering 100%.

Here are the main details about this position:

Your mission:
Lead a team on civil engineering construction sites
Plan, follow up on the site and respect the work schedule as well as applicable regulations; apply safety rules
Manage necessary equipment for construction sites
Coordinate different stakeholders on the site and assign tasks
Ensure a trusting relationship with clients and project management

Your profile:
Degree in team leader, foreman or equivalent title, or minimum 3-year experience in a similar role
Have already led a team on the ground
Be autonomous and have a sense of responsibility
Be proactive and appreciate searching for optimal solutions
Possess exceptional teamwork skills, know how to create a trusting atmosphere and manage stress
