We are looking for a Head of Section Organization and Support who will lead our organization's support services and ensure that they are aligned with the cantonal administration's overall strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in organizational development and process improvement.
