Project Manager (F/H)

Adecco is recruiting for one of its partners, an active player in construction project management in Romandy, Switzerland, a Project Manager to strengthen the team. Responsibilities You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and operational management of construction projects (TCE), from the tender phase to delivery. Your main responsibilities: - Manage the complete project cycle, from launch to reception - Pilot internal and external resources - Animate site meetings and coordinate technical offices (BET) - Follow costs, deadlines, and quality - Identify risks and implement corrective actions - Ensure a smooth communication between teams, partners, and clients - Realize clear and regular reporting - Anticipate future steps and needs of the project Profile - A degree in building or civil engineering (e.g. CFC/Bachelor) is required - 2 to 5 years of experience in project management in Switzerland (ideally in a general construction company or master builder) - Very good organization and rigor in project follow-up - Mastery of planning tools ?
