Defense & Security Business Unit

Our Defense & Security Business Unit is at the heart of national sovereignty issues. With over 840 employees across the country, it designs critical systems for the military and civil aviation. Our teams work on high-value-added projects: tactical data links, anti-drone systems, maritime surveillance, simulation and training, air safety. Project Manager

The Hypervision and Training Department, attached to the C2SO (Command, Control, and Operations Support) agency, is a key player in the Defense & Security BU, specializing in:

• Command, supervision, and crisis management systems,
• Training, simulation, and operational planning solutions, with a strong product orientation, innovations, and complex projects with high operational stakes, and an ambition for growth in France and internationally.

We address critical needs for safety, security, and operational conduct for armed forces, civil defense, sensitive industries, and institutional actors.

We cover the entire operational value chain:

• Study and design
• Planning and training
• Operations management
• Command and lessons learned (RETEX)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Hypervision & Training department in Toulouse.

The Hypervision & Training Project Manager is a central player in delivery. They are responsible for the operational, financial, and contractual management of complex projects with high stakes in Defense, Security, Industry, and Training.

Your Missions:

• Operationally manage projects (committee meetings, organization and monitoring of project team activities, risk identification,
• Ensure contractual, budgetary, and planning management of projects
• Coordinate technical teams and liaise with clients and partners
• Contribute to business development through upselling and participation in pre-sales activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department (through lessons learned, 360° reviews, participation in department meetings...)
• Participate in technological watch and innovation in the covered domains (through the Innovation Lab and European projects)

The Technical Environment:

• You report to the Delivery Manager (European or Industrial Projects),
• You work in constant interaction with:
  • the Product Manager,
  • the Technical Manager,
  • development, validation, and graphics teams
  • the Innovation Lab,
  • Business Development,
• You contribute to the overall performance of the Hypervision & Training department.
• You work within a matrix organization and on critical software solutions (Crimson, Inscape, Virtual Geo)

With a Master's degree (Bac + 5) from an engineering school or equivalent university degree, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You master project management methods and frameworks (frameworks, standards, internal procedures) and planning/management tools.
