ABOUT THE ROLE
Team Management:
Manage a team of junior and senior mobile field mechanics
Set expectations for the team and monitor results to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
Responsible for onboarding and training new team members: ramp-up, behavior in line with the organization, performance tracking
Supervise individual and collective performance, providing constructive feedback
Conduct field observation sessions with the mechanics.
Foster the professional growth of team members by identifying their strengths and developing their skills in line with the organization's needs.
Operational Coordination:
Coordinate the daily activities of the mobile operations team (shifts) and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Ensure compliance with quality standards and standardization of operations at the field team level (departure and arrival procedures, field tasks, etc.)
Respond to the operational needs of Shift Leads by providing resources to ensure smooth field operations.
Implement new operational procedures in collaboration with other departments.
Oversee the management of the vehicle fleet and ensure compliance with the team's safety and driving rules.
Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall operational performance.
ABOUT YOU
Experience in managing technical teams, including setting objectives and monitoring performance.
Knowledge of bicycle mechanics
Strong inter-team collaboration skills to facilitate the implementation of new operational procedures.
Proficiency in field processes, including fleet management, adherence to safety regulations, and resolution of operational issues in conjunction with logistics and technical teams.
Training and development skills, with responsibility for onboarding new members and supporting their progress in line with organizational goals.
