Reception & Expedition Team Leader
Job description
Mission :
Ensure the safety of people on the activity perimeter by piloting professional risk prevention.
Ensure operational coordination of reception, storage, preparation, and expedition activities in our logistics warehouse. You will pilot daily operations, lead a team, and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety rules.
Tasks :
- Organize and supervise reception, storage, preparation, and expedition operations.
- Ensure conformity of physical and information flows (quantities, traceability, transportation documents).
- Ensure daily planning and team briefings.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Optimize human and material resources to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions and internal procedures.
- Follow performance indicators (service rate, productivity, quality, safety) and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Realize regular reporting to the Logistics Manager and participate in process evolution projects.
