Your Role

As a Team Leader Carpenter Installer Estimator M/F, you are the guarantor of technical quality and the proper execution of joinery renovation sites.
You support your teams in the field, plan interventions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Main Missions

• Organize and plan construction sites in the Haut-Rhin sector.

• Carry out precise measurements and ensure the complete installation of joinery: windows, shutters, entrance doors, interior doors, garage doors, gates, fences, mosquito nets...

• Supervise, manage, and support the technical teams of carpenter-estimators-installers and after-sales technicians.

• Train new employees in the field by sharing your expertise and best practices.

• Ensure the quality and compliance of installations within deadlines, according to specifications and DTU standards.

• Coordinate priorities between different construction sites for optimal efficiency.

Profile Sought

• You are an experienced professional in joinery and wish to put your expertise to the service of a company recognized for the quality of its achievements.

• You ideally have experience in team leadership (team leader, site manager, expert installer...).

• Rigorous, autonomous, and pedagogical, you enjoy passing on your skills and uniting your teams around common goals.
