VAT in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries. 📄 JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Site Manager, your main mission will be to direct and implement the technical and human resources for the successful execution of sorting and order picking according to the defined strategy. You will be responsible for the operational efficiency of the site and guarantee a good social climate. 🎯 MISSIONS

Distribute daily tasks among collaborators and ensure their proper execution in compliance with hygiene, safety, and cleanliness rules.

Manage the distribution of orders according to operational priorities, and actively participate in it.

Monitor stocks with rigor, particularly the precise addressing of entries and exits.

Organize and conduct bi-annual inventory.

Communicate necessary information for activity planning: monitoring of consumables, reporting of anomalies or malfunctions.

Anticipate activity constraints and adapt resources according to workload and team versatility.

👉 REQUIREMENTS

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (team leader or logistics referent), with confirmed experience of at least 5 years in logistics.

Holder of a Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree), you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills: listening, communication, diplomacy, and adaptability.

As a team leader, you know how to mobilize, motivate, and unite your collaborators around shared objectives.

Rigor, organizational skills, responsiveness, team spirit, and initiative are essential qualities for success in this position.

You are proficient with office software, especially Excel, and have a basic knowledge of WMS/WCS systems.

Comfortable with handling, you know how to use stacker trucks.

Possession of CACES 1 and 3 would be a significant asset.
