Logistics Team Leader (M/F)

In brief

Picnic is growing fast, and our fulfillment center in Moissy-Cramayel needs drivers to fuel this ambition. As a Captain, you're not just a team leader: you're the engine of the warehouse. Your challenge? Directly manage about 20 Shoppers (order pickers), ensure total safety, and turn every shift into a collective success with over 100 Shoppers in the field. If you love action and know how to rally a team with good humor, this role is for you.

Your missions

• Manage and coach your team: You will supervise about twenty Shoppers daily, ensuring their motivation, safety, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive performance: You will ensure that every order is ready, complete, and on time, closely monitoring our quality indicators.
• Coordinate FC flows: You will work hand-in-hand with other Captains to streamline operations and adjust resources in real-time.
• Ensure operational versatility: Receiving, inventory management (dry, fresh, frozen), or truck dispatch... you will navigate between areas according to the planning needs.
• Manage people and the field: You are the primary point of contact for your team, capable of providing constructive feedback with pedagogical skill as well as celebrating successes.

About you

• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in a dynamic environment (logistics, retail, catering, or production line) with a successful first team management experience.
• You are available full-time on rotating shifts (morning starting at 3:50 AM or afternoon until 11:30 PM) and you are willing to work on Saturdays.
• You are proficient in French (English is a plus) and you are perfectly comfortable with digital management tools.
• You have your own transportation to easily reach the Moissy-Cramayel warehouse.
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You love action and know how to make quick decisions to resolve operational situations.
