Logistics Team Leader (H/F)

In brief

Picnic is growing fast, and our Fretin order preparation center needs drivers to fuel this ambition. As a Captain, you are not just a team leader: you are the engine of the warehouse. Your challenge? Directly manage about 20 Shoppers (order pickers), ensure total safety, and transform each shift into a collective success with over 100 Shoppers in the field. If you love action and know how to unite a team in a good mood, this role is for you.

Your missions

• Manage and coach your team: You supervise about twenty Shoppers daily, ensuring their motivation, safety, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive performance: You ensure that every order is ready, complete, and on time by closely monitoring our quality indicators.
• Coordinate FC flows: You work hand in hand with other Captains to streamline operations and adjust resources in real-time.
• Ensure operational versatility: Receiving, inventory management (dry, fresh, frozen), or truck departures... you navigate between zones according to the planning needs.
• Manage people and the field: You are the primary point of contact for your team, capable of providing constructive feedback with pedagogy as well as congratulating successes.

About you

• You have 1 to 5 years of experience in a dynamic environment (logistics, retail, catering, or production line) with previous successful team management experience.
• You are available full-time on rotating shifts (morning from 3:50 AM or afternoon until 11:30 PM) and you are willing to work Saturdays.
• You are fluent in French (English is a plus) and you are perfectly comfortable with digital management tools.
• You have your own transportation to easily reach the Fretin warehouse.
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You love action and you can make quick decisions to resolve operational situations.
