Logistics Team Leader (M/F)

ANDROS is seeking a Logistics Team Leader (M/F) for its NOVADIS logistics hub based in Vironvay (27). This position reports to the Assistant Operations Manager and involves piloting daily operational activity of a team of logistics operators. As the on-site guarantor, you ensure the proper execution of reception, storage, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping operations according to schedules defined with the transportation service and exploitation. You guarantee liaison with the warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the procedures and regulations in force. Your mission is to optimize logistics processes, improve productivity, and ensure the quality of services provided to customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-7 people, including training, coaching, and evaluating their performance. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field, with a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline. Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite is required. A valid driver's license is an asset.
