Team Leader (H/F)

Your mission

As a true link to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the daily management of logistics operations for your sector to guarantee service quality, team safety, and the achievement of performance objectives.

You will be at the heart of operational activity: organizing flows, managing teams, monitoring indicators, and optimizing processes.

Thanks to your leadership, organizational skills, and ability to rally people, you will actively contribute to the site's performance and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate the reception, storage, preparation, and dispatch of goods.

• Allocate activities and adapt resources based on workload and priorities.

• Supervise, support, and develop your team's skills on a daily basis.

• Lead team briefings and ensure good information flow.

• Guarantee compliance with procedures, safety, hygiene, and quality rules.

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective actions.

• Participate in stock reliability and inventory organization.

• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous optimization of organizations and flows.

• Ensure effective communication with various departments to guarantee operational fluidity.

Profile sought

You have successful experience in team management in a logistics environment, ideally in roles such as Team Leader, Operations Manager, or Logistics Manager.

As a field manager, you are recognized for your leadership, your ability to rally teams, and your organizational skills.

You know how to manage priorities, make quick decisions, and support your team members in achieving objectives.

You are proficient in IT tools related to logistics (WMS, ERP, Office Suite) as well as performance indicators.

Your responsiveness, rigor, and team spirit will be real assets for success in this role.
