We want to strengthen the Cargo service team with several CARGO TEAM LEADERS (M/F/D) EMPLOYMENT RATE | 100% LOCATION | GENEVA AIRPORT MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a team, foster a high level of professionalism and a good collaborative atmosphere Ensure the proper application of instructions from Swissport, client airlines, and airport authorities Provide quality service in accordance with established goals and standards Demonstrate initiative, possess good analytical skills Prepare cargo shipments for palletized or bulk flights Enter data related to handled export and import cargo into the Cargospot system Ensure the compliance of loading to guarantee flight safety and efficient service for our clientele Proactively report any irregularities to the Duty Manager Ensure optimal flow of cargo shipments, set priorities, and proactively initiate collaboration between teams SKILL PROFILE At least 2 years of experience in air cargo Excellent command of French, good knowledge of English Valid category B driver's license A forklift or heavy truck license is an additional asset Computer proficiency Ability to work independently and lead a team Responsiveness and strong professional integrity Ability to perform handling tasks SCHEDULE Start date: To be agreed upon If this offer appeals to you, please apply directly online (with an updated CV and cover letter).
