As part of its development activities, our client, a company specializing in ferblanterie and covering in the Neuchâtel region, offers you the opportunity to join its teams as : Head of Ferblanterie Team/FSuperior, supervise, guide and motivate a team of ferblantiers on various ferblanterie construction sites.Planifier, organize and coordinate the work of the team, ensure the quality of the work performed, manage conflicts and resolve problems that may arise during the execution of the project. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the team and the overall efficiency of the ferblanterie construction process. Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals. Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. Provide guidance and support to team members, identify training needs and develop action plans to address them. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement.
