Specialized in the domain of Green Spaces, your Randstad agency proposes valorizing your skills and developing your expertise in planting, maintenance, and exterior landscaping activities.
We are looking for a CHEF D'EQUIPE EN ENTRETIEN of green spaces on behalf of our clients specialized in park and garden design. Your mission:
- Supervising a small team,
- Managing your landscape maintenance projects primarily in the Lilloise metropolitan area
- Mowing, pruning, etc..
- Versatility in maintaining green spaces
- Daily report
- Mastering equipment and materials
- Respecting safety rules.

This contract may lead to permanent employment. Issued from an initial training in Landscape/Green Spaces (CAP and/or BP and/or BTS), you justify a successful experience in the profession of creating green spaces.
Showing autonomy: Ability to take charge of your activity without continuous supervision (in case, seeking other company actors).
Showing leadership: Ability to mobilize a team/interlocutors and train them to pursue a shared objective.
Showing rigor and precision: Ability to perform tasks by following with exactitude the rules, procedures, instructions that have been provided, without making an error and clearly transmitting information. Being punctual and respectful of usual good behavior rules.
