As a team leader, you are responsible for the daily organization of the production department dedicated to laser cutting and machining. You lead a team of around 20 operators and ensure optimal execution of planning while guaranteeing quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Execute and follow up on production planning
- Monitor OEE indicators
- Optimize production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Provide direct reporting to the Technical Director

Qualifications
- Diploma A2 or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machining (turning and milling)
- Experience programming CNC machines (Mazak and DMG Mori): significant asset
- Good knowledge of French, with notions of Dutch
- Residence within a 20 km radius around Mouscron
