Team Leader in Laser Cutting and Machining

Description:

As a team leader, you are responsible for the daily organization of the production department dedicated to laser cutting and machining. You lead a team of around 20 operators and ensure optimal execution of planning while guaranteeing quality, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Execute and follow up on production planning
Monitor OEE indicators
Optimize production processes
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
Provide direct reporting to the Technical Director

Qualifications

Diploma A2 or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in machining (turning and milling)
Experience programming CNC machines (Mazak and DMG Mori): significant asset
Good knowledge of French, with notions of Dutch
Residence within a 20 km radius around Mouscron
