Our company is looking for a Team Leader Development & Engineering who will be responsible for leading a team of developers and engineers, defining project goals and objectives, and ensuring their successful implementation. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong technical knowledge, and experience in managing projects and teams. He or she should also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition, the Team Leader Development & Engineering will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing business needs, developing solutions to meet those needs, and ensuring that they are implemented successfully.
