Development Team Lead
Job description
The Development Team Lead will be responsible for defining product vision, leading development teams and ensuring the delivery of reliable and innovative application solutions.

• Understand client needs and translate them into user stories
• Define and adjust product vision according to business needs
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs
• Lead and mobilize development and QA teams
• Ensure performance tracking and team cohesion
• Host workshops and product reviews with stakeholders
• Maintain functional documentation that is clear
• Stay up-to-date with technological trends and propose improvements
PROFILE
• 3+ years of experience in application product management
• Experience in managing development teams using Agile/Scrum methods
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro tools
• Experience in the media domain (asset)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
