For 50 years, the AMIPI Foundation has enabled people with cognitive disabilities to progress through manual work and find their place in companies. With 6 UPAI (Production, Training, and Integration Factories) in the Pays de la Loire and Centre-Val de Loire regions, the Foundation employs 650 to 750 operators in electrical wiring. As part of its development, the AMIPI Foundation is recruiting a:

PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER M/F

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will ensure production in quantity, quality, and deadlines, while actively contributing to the development and skill-building of your teams (40 to 45 employees). You are simultaneously a field manager, guarantor of industrial processes, and an actor in professional integration.

Your responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate production according to the defined schedule

• Adjust team placement based on skills and unforeseen events

• Monitor performance indicators and analyze discrepancies (quality, productivity, deadlines)

• Resolve first-level issues and propose improvements

• Conduct line audits and ensure compliance with operating procedures

• Guarantee the application of safety rules and quality requirements

• Train new arrivals and support versatility

• Identify employees ready to join a sustainable integration program

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects (Lean Management)

Your profile

Education & experience

• Vocational Baccalaureate / BTS (Higher National Diploma) with a focus on mechanics or electromechanics

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in supervising production teams

• Experience in a demanding industrial environment (e.g., industrial subcontracting)

Technical skills

• Good industrial knowledge

• Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and Lean Management

• Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems
