Rope Access Team Leader (M/F)

The Rope Access Team Leader (M/F) position. Are you a height professional seeking new challenges? Actual is looking for a motivated Rope Access Technician (M/F) to join the teams of one of its clients recently established in Ille-et-Vilaine. Your main mission consists of carrying out technical interventions at height across the entire Grand Ouest region. You will be required to travel daily to bring your expertise to various industrial and urban sites. Your responsibilities will include: carrying out work at height (inspection, maintenance, repair, installation), ensuring the safety of the team and the site, supervising and guiding the team, performing technical tasks according to specific instructions, ensuring the quality of work performed, preparing and securing work areas, managing equipment and materials. You have a strong sense of responsibility, you are autonomous, rigorous, and have good interpersonal skills. You are comfortable working at height and have the required certifications. Your profile: You hold a Rope Access Technician certification (e.g., IRATA, CQP Cordiste Niveau 1, 2, or 3). You have significant experience in rope access work, preferably in an industrial or urban environment. You are familiar with safety regulations and procedures for working at height. You are physically fit and have no fear of heights. You are able to work independently and as part of a team. You have good communication skills and leadership potential.
