Team Leader | Industrial Sites | Permanent Contract

Job Description

Your role:
As a Team Leader, you will be at the heart of the action on our construction sites.
You will coordinate a team of 2 to 10 people and ensure the smooth running of the work in compliance with QSE standards and deadlines.

Your main tasks:
- Supervise and actively participate in on-site work.
- Ensure the technical, administrative, and human management of the site.
- Guarantee safety and compliance with procedures.
- Be the primary contact for the client and subcontractors.
- Perform daily reporting and write end-of-site reports.Profile- Technical training and 2 to 5 years of experience in the coordination of industrial sites.
- Good command of mechanical and electrical risks.
- Comfortable with site tools and working at heights.
- Driver's license B mandatory (operating machinery is an asset).
- Ideally: French, Dutch, and English (B2 level minimum in two languages).
- Available for frequent travel (Antwerp, Netherlands, France).

- Experience in cooling towers.
