Our dealership in Roncq is recruiting a Bodywork and Painting Team Leader (M/F), on a permanent contract (CDI).

Duration: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
Salary: Fixed salary of 2800 euros + variable pay
(Production bonus + uniform allowance + Health insurance + Meal vouchers at 8 euros + Works council benefits).
Start date: as soon as possible

Within our dealership, you will be responsible for various tasks:

• Perform all bodywork and painting interventions,

• Diagnose deformations of an accident-damaged vehicle and carry out interventions on structural components,

• Also perform all painting interventions, from surface preparation to the application of finishing coats,

• Check for non-conformities and perform necessary touch-ups,

• Manage relationships with experts,

• You will support your team composed of 2 painters and 3 bodywork technicians.

With a training background in both bodywork and painting, you have successful prior experience in a similar role. Ideally, you hold a valid Driver's License (Permis B).

Meticulous, organized, and precise, you master various bodywork and painting processes. You have a sense of aesthetics and comply with production standards.
