Head of Service (m/f/d)

We are looking for an upbeat and charismatic Head of Service for our Argentinian Steakhouse.

For our Steakhouse Argentina in Winterthur, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced personality as Head of Service.

You have a solid education in the hospitality industry as well as several years of professional experience in service. Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience. You are a warm host personality, enjoy working on the front lines, and impress with organizational talent, resilience, and a high level of commitment. Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview and, together with your team, ensure a smooth service process.

As Head of Service, you lead, train, and motivate our service team, setting a good example. Guest satisfaction is your top priority. You are self-confident, responsible, and ready to support and further develop a young and motivated team in their daily work. Good German language skills are required, English skills are an advantage.
