Chef de Service (m/w)

Our SeminarHotel at Ägerisee is a well-established hotel operation, located only half an hour from Zurich or Lucerne. With its 14 modern seminar rooms, 80 comfortable hotel rooms, a restaurant with a terrace and the WilerBar, we offer our guests a generous 4-star comfort with professional seminar infrastructure and fine cuisine from early morning to late evening. For the leadership of our service team, we are looking for an agreement a Chef de Service 100% (m/w) who is responsible for the overall management of the service team, including the coordination of all service staff, the planning and organization of events, as well as the supervision of the restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in hospitality or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
