Adecco We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Financial Services Manager to join our team and oversee the financial management of our company. As a Financial Services Manager, you will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing cash flows, and analyzing financial performance of the company. You will work closely with the management to ensure the financial health of the company and facilitate strategic decision-making. Responsibilities - Supervise all financial activities, including budgeting, accounting, treasury management, and financial forecasting. - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives. - Perform in-depth financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. - Ensure compliance of financial practices with current legislation and accounting standards. - Manage the financial team by ensuring follow-up, training, and development of colleagues. - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management. - Manage relationships with financial partners (banks, auditors, investors, etc.). Profile - Higher education degree in finance or a federal expert-accountant certification - Significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally in an environment similar to our company. - Solid knowledge of accounting standards and financial tools. - Excellent mastery of financial software and office tools (Excel, ERP, etc.). - Team management and coordination skills with other departments. - Rigor, organization, and autonomy. - Excellent relational and communication skills.
