Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate the activities of the garden sector team; • Develop and implement sales strategies for the garden products range; • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product offerings; • Collaborate with other departments (logistics, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience; • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
