Decoration Sector Manager | La Panne

Job Description
- Implement promotional actions in collaboration with the Teamcoach and the Purchasing department;
- Welcome, advise, and actively assist customers in their purchases;
- Handle complaints;
- Reinforce the checkout team when necessary;
- Monitor stock levels, detect anomalies, and prevent stockouts;
- Propose purchase suggestions via the internet system;
- Ensure efficient product rotation;
- Organize weekly briefings and define team priorities;
- Train and coach new employees and students;
- Allocate tasks optimally based on priorities;
- Be the main point of contact for the Teamcoach.

Profile
Your profile

- Minimum secondary education diploma
- Retail experience is an asset
- Excellent command of French and Dutch
- Comfortable with internal IT tools and the MS Office suite
- Strong interest in decoration products
- Organized, team spirit, stress-resistant
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and customer satisfaction-oriented
- Sensitivity to the shopping experience and details
