Reception Manager (m/w) & Deputy Host/Hostess

For the Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl at 2456 m above sea level, with the most beautiful view over the Upper Engadine, we are looking for a Reception Manager & Deputy Host/Hostess m/w, 100%, in annual employment. You are an organizational talent and make sure that guests feel warmly welcomed from the very first moment. In this position, you will be the central point of contact for our guests and organize all processes at the reception. You will lead the reception team and ensure a smooth operation. Your tasks include: • Managing the front desk and coordinating the activities of the reception team. • Providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. • Handling guest requests and complaints in a professional manner. • Maintaining accurate records and reports on guest arrivals, departures, and preferences. • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Participating in the development of new ideas and initiatives for improving the hotel's services. • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives. Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel software systems. • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
