On April 19, 2021, we opened the well-known steakhouse Churrasco with a new concept and Peruvian-style. Besides the best steaks from Argentina and US-Beef, which we dry-age ourselves with great love in-house, our new concept also includes the culinary influences of Nikkei from Peruvian-Japanese fusion cuisine. Our restaurant is located in the heart of the old town of Zurich and has 180 indoor seats as well as 30 outdoor seats on our boulevard terraces... Our team is looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our service team as a Chef de Rang/Service Mitarbeiter (80-100%). The ideal candidate should have a passion for excellent service, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
