Planetaria Hotels is looking for a Chef de Rang for its team at Château Monfort, a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the heart of Milan.

The property includes a sought-after restaurant that, like the rest of the property, meets Relais&Châteaux standards, the wonderful "Amore e Psiche" spa, a wine bar, and two conference rooms.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of at least 2 years in similar roles in establishments of equal standing
• Work experience in the Luxury Hospitality sector
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, knowledge of French will be a plus
• Residence in Milan or its province
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Attitude for teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and desire for professional development
• Ability to handle complaints and problem-solving
• Application of current regulations relating to prevention and safety and the HACCP plan

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 7 May 2026, n. 96, we inform you that for the position subject to this selection, an initial remuneration of € 23,892.00 gross per annum is envisaged, determined on the basis of objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria. The position is subject to the CCNL for the Tourism Industry, code CNEL H05B.
