Home Suite Home is a modern 4-star hotel in the heart of Fieberbrunn, just a few minutes' walk from the cable cars. Together with our restaurant Suite & Sour, we stand for warm hospitality, excellent service, and culinary enjoyment at the highest level.

Here, you won't find a classic service job. Since our reception is located directly in the bar area, your work will be varied, and you will be an important point of contact for our hotel and restaurant guests. You will accompany our guests throughout their entire stay – from the warm welcome to their last evening in the restaurant.

You don't just serve food and drinks here. You are a passionate host, accompany our guests throughout their entire stay, and ensure they feel welcome from the first moment with your personality.

Type of Employment: Temporary / Seasonal Contract

• Warm welcome and check-in and check-out for our hotel guests
• Reception duty during service hours
• Taking phone calls and processing emails and guest inquiries
• Responsibility for the evening service in the restaurant Suite & Sour
• Serving food and drinks, as well as preparing drinks at the bar
• Personal and attentive care of our hotel and restaurant guests throughout the evening
• Advising our guests on food and drinks, and recommending suitable wines and aperitifs
• Ensuring a smooth service flow together with the entire team

• Completed training in the hotel or hospitality industry, or several years of professional experience in service
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and a strong host mentality
• Friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
• Independent and responsible work style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and organizational talent
• Good German and English skills; further foreign languages are an advantage

Board & Lodging – On working days, you will receive free meals. Accommodation for employees is available for a small cost contribution.

Comfortable Employee Accommodation – Our accommodations offer free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and cooking facilities – either directly in the unit or in a shared kitchen, depending on the location.

Short Commute to Work – Our employee accommodations are located close to the workplace and are easily accessible on foot (maximum approx. 20 minutes walking time). Additionally, bus stops are located near the accommodations, ensuring good connections.
