We are looking for a Sergeant (m/w/d) who embodies these values and can inspire our team. As a Sergeant, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-7 people in the HP-Restaurant. You will ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, and that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your tasks will include: • Leading a team of 5-7 people in the HP-Restaurant; • Ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently; • Developing and implementing new ideas for the restaurant; • Maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation; • Managing inventory and ordering supplies; • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
