Employment type: Full-time Reception of our guests and professional guest care at the highest level. You advise our guests on meals and drinks, recommend activities and excursions, and ensure that they feel comfortable and cared for during their stay. Your tasks will include: • Providing exceptional service to all hotel guests, including check-in, check-out, and assistance with any requests or issues; • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the hotel's public areas; • Participating in daily briefings and meetings to ensure that all team members are informed about ongoing events and activities; • Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations; • Providing support to the front desk and concierge teams as needed; • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in high-pressure situations. If you want more: • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken); • You have experience in the hospitality industry or a related field; • You are able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; • You are willing to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
