To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a dedicated, cordial, and service-oriented personality as a Head Waiter who will look after our guests with professionalism, passion, and a strong sense of hospitality, and together with our team, ensure first-class culinary experiences.

• Professional and cordial care and advice for our international guests in the restaurant area
• Independent management of a station and ensuring a smooth service flow
• Taking orders and competently recommending food and drinks
• Professional serving of food and drinks according to our quality standards
• Active support in the preparation and execution of daily service operations
• Ensuring an attentive, personal, and professional guest experience
• Competent advice to our guests on dishes, drinks, and seasonal offers
• Close collaboration with the kitchen and service team to ensure a harmonious workflow
• Assistance with events, catering, or other service departments
• Support in organizing and maintaining the restaurant area
• Adherence to our hygiene, quality, and service standards in both establishments
