As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience at our hotel and apartments. Your tasks will include: • Providing exceptional service to our guests, including check-in, check-out, and assistance with any requests or issues they may have. • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the hotel and apartments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained. • Assisting with food and beverage services, including serving meals and drinks to guests. • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new procedures and policies. • Working closely with other members of the team to ensure that all areas of the hotel and apartments are running smoothly. • Performing any other duties as required by the hotel or apartments, such as cleaning, maintenance, or administrative tasks. Requirements: • 2 years of experience in a similar role (hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
