Job description
Orienta SpA - Benefit Company, subsidiary of Venice-Mestre, seeks and selects CHEF DE RANG for a renowned luxury hotel with headquarters in Venice (VE) - Historic Center area. The candidate will be mainly responsible for: - Caring for mise-en-place; - Welcoming customers; - Accompanying customers to their reserved table; - Presenting and explaining the menu and suggesting pairings; - Taking care of orders. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience as a Chef de Rang at a luxury hotel.
