All within the starred restaurant, reporting to the Maître, the identified resource is responsible for:
- welcoming with attention and courtesy the clientele and being at their disposal during service
- taking care of table settings and service with precision and focus on details, ensuring a high standard
- participating in team work and responsibilities of the dining room team
- recording orders, serving food from the plate
