Job Description Mandated by our client, a family restaurant located in the heart of Valais, we are looking for a future Head Waiter/Waitress (H/F) On a fixed-term annual contract. As a head waiter/waitress in this restaurant, you play a key role in ensuring the quality of the customer experience by providing attentive, fluid, and personalized table service. You ensure the meticulous setup of the dining room before each service, carefully preparing every detail to guarantee a seamless and efficient service. You are responsible for managing the team of waiters/waitresses, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a head waiter/waitress or similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
