A family affair since 1908 - the slightly different five-star hotel in one of Switzerland's most beautiful regions.
To strengthen our Waldhaus team, we are looking for a motivated personality for the upcoming winter season as a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) on a seasonal contract.

- Independent management of a service station with around 40 guests, including leading a Commis
- Execution of upscale wine and beverage service
- Ensuring a smooth service process, including preparation and follow-up
- Operation of Xenia and organization of administrative service tasks
- Implementation of cleaning work according to HACCP guidelines
