It houses unique places such as X panoramic Waves on the 7th floor, Lake Side restaurant, as well as a modern conference center.Following part of a recognized hotel group (including Ibis Hotel in Thielle and Design Hotel F6 in Geneva), L'Hôtel Beaulac is looking for a Head Waiter to join our team. As a key member of the service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during peak hours, managing a team of waiters and waitresses, and providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:• Managing a team of 10-15 waiters and waitresses, including scheduling, training, and evaluating their performance;• Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the restaurant during peak hours, including managing tables, taking orders, and serving guests;• Providing exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise;• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures;• Collaborating with other departments, such as the kitchen and bar, to ensure seamless service delivery;• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and procedures;• Maintaining a positive attitude, being flexible, and adapting to changing circumstances;• Possibility of accommodation during the trial period.
