Reporting Manager :
You will report directly to the Group Operations Performance Director and will be integrated into the existing project team.
Work Environment :
The Project Manager position is based at the headquarters in St Denis, near our warehouses in the Ile de France region.
Travel to the Group's operational sites is expected depending on needs (Ile de France, Lyon region, and in Spain near Barcelona).
🎯 MISSIONS
Within the Operations department, the Operations Project Manager plays a strategic role in the transformation of our Supply Chain.
Your mission is to manage projects end-to-end:
from the study phase: problem-solving approach, structuring of thinking and points to investigate, data collection, analysis, solution design, evaluation of the impact of proposed solutions and how they address the question at hand, cost estimation of the business case to aid decision-making
to the complete and successful deployment of selected solutions for validated projects moving into the implementation phase: stakeholder management, change management, schedule management, budget monitoring, project governance management…
The scope of your mission primarily includes studies and projects related to our logistics network (non-exhaustive list):
capacity study of our logistics network (network design)
optimization of logistics processes and the implementation plan for our warehouses
search for warehouse automation solutions
👉 REQUIREMENTS
Technical and Logistics Expertise
Excellent logistics culture and in-depth expertise in the intralogistics environment (thorough knowledge of warehouses and flows).
Automation and Robotics: You have significant experience in warehouse automation. You are particularly knowledgeable about the latest robotization technologies (AMR, AGV, goods-to-person systems) utilizing Artificial Intelligence.
Design and Modeling: You master the concepts of logistics network design and warehouse layout (proficiency in tools like AutoCAD or simulation software is a plus).
Project Finance: You are perfectly comfortable with creating and defending complex business cases.
French and a very good level of English are essential, Spanish is a real plus

Training and Professional Experience
Level and type of initial education: Higher education degree from an engineering school/business school.
Professional experience: more than 7 years of experience in a similar role within an Operations Department or in specialized Operations/Supply Chain consulting with very good knowledge of logistics topics.
