Project Manager - Operations

We are looking for an experienced and rigorous project manager to lead key initiatives for operational improvement within our automotive recycling activity. The project manager will oversee projects related to process optimization, technology implementation, and inter-functional coordination. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a solid understanding of the processes involved in vehicle recycling and recovery, and the ability to manage stakeholders from Operations, IT, Sales, and Finance.

The ideal candidate excels at transforming business needs into concrete action plans, tracking project performance, and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and data reliability.

Your responsibilities :

• Define and manage the scope, objectives, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables of projects.
• Plan and successfully execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analyze and optimize operational processes (purchase, dismantling, warehousing, sales, logistics of vehicles).
• Pilot the deployment and integration of digital tools and operational systems in line with the company's needs.
• Coordinate transverse teams (Operations, IT, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Marketing) and external providers.
• Manage change, user adoption, training, and documentation.
• Manage risks, tests, quality control, and preparation for deployment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), write activity reports, and present updates to management.
• Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
